White Wheat Beer created by 12 fans. In its second edition, it presents a very light and balanced sweetness from the citrus fruits of the orange accompanied by a refreshing finish. It also has a mild spicy sensation emitted by the coriander seed that also adds herbal and citrus notes to both smell and taste. Both ingredients are accompanied in perfect balance. The flavors and aromas come together to form a refreshing, medium-bodied beer with a slightly dry and fruity finish. In this edition the typical ingredient used in Belgian Witbiers is used: that is, unmalted wheat, which gives us a misty and stable foam.
