Patito Beer Dry Stout

The intention of our stout beer is to turn a classically heavy and robust beer into a light beer, but with character. We managed to transfer all the flavor of this beer and adapt it to a version for warmer climates. That is why at Duckling we chose the dry stout style that meets the characteristics of a beer with a bitterness of notes of coffee and medium body, completely dark, frothy and toasted.

It is easy to drink, however, it is for a more sophisticated palate, it seeks to deliver a bitterness that combines with the toast of its malts without cloying. With 4 degrees of alcohol, the stout can be enjoyed more than one glass per meal. It pairs well with red meats, and chocolatey desserts. It is recommended for both cold and heat.
