Our penumbra beer is a schwarzbier style, a dark German lager, recognizable by its strong roasted character and notes of bread. We have given our version a slightly more chocolatey character and in general we have balanced it towards the flavors of the malt, but without being sweet. Gold medal winner at Cerveza México 2019.
