Tres Casas Polaris beer

Tres Casas Polaris is a magnificent interpretation of the traditional pale ale. It is made with barley malt, wheat malt, and only one type of hops called Polaris. This relatively new hop, originally from Germany, gives it a tropical aroma with hints of fruit and citrus notes, maintaining a balanced profile with the more complex malts. Because of its fresh flavor and light body, Tres Casas Polaris is a particularly popular style in the Pacific Islands, which is why it is sometimes referred to as Pacific Pale Ale. Beer winner of the Bronze medal at Cerveza México 2019.
